Primary Function: Under the direction and supervision of the Internet Sales Manager, this position is responsible for handling all aspects of Internet sales. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responds timely to all incoming new and pre-owned inquiry emails, calls and chat message promptly proving correct information to prospective buyer, gathering data and requesting appointments.
Provides ongoing customer service.
Develops an immediate and credible relationship with customers via email, telephone and chat; secures the appropriate information on customer regarding the inquiry.
Performs all customer email follow-ups timely with a follow up phone call, with persistence, and within the guidelines set by the company.
Schedules customer appointments with designated sales person; provides follow-up to confirm and remind customer of appointment.
Responsible for product knowledge and selling the dealership and services.
Must be willing to become certified in multiple car lines and attend ongoing training.
Attends sales meetings and training as scheduled and/or requested.
Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Must have strong working knowledge of Internet and operating multiple programs at one time
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Must be a self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Strong keyboarding and PC skills
Must have ability to work well in a team-based environment
