Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Auburndale, FL, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team. Daily tasks include creating sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, fostering client satisfaction, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with the team to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, including building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets
Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to mentor and train team members
Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies and action plans
Organizational and time management skills to manage customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Willingness to work on-site at our Auburndale, FL location
