Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer at Cincinnatus Savings and Loan in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to mortgage lending, assisting customers with loan applications, evaluating applicant's financial status, and recommending loan options that best suit their needs.
Qualifications Originated and closed over $10 million in mortgage loan sales annually while delivering exceptional customer service across a full range of lending products including mortgage, commercial, business, consumer, and home equity lines of credit.
Consistently generated high-quality leads through referrals, client relationships, real estate professionals, builders, and community engagement.
Conducted detailed consultations with loan applicants to understand financial goals and recommend tailored lending solutions.
Prepared accurate, complete loan applications and coordinated with underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth closings.
Served as the main point of contact for clients from application through post-closing servicing, maintaining long-term client relationships.
Identified cross-sell opportunities to introduce customers to additional Cincinnatus financial products and services.
Stayed actively involved in local business and community organizations to build brand awareness and client trust.
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry policies, regulatory compliance, and emerging market trends.
Performed construction draw inspections and other property assessments as needed.
