We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at the executive offices in Westlake, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Product Knowledge - Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and solutions.

Sales - Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities, generate quotes, and close sales. Work with customers in electric utility, telecommunications, and forestry products.

Order Management - Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

Data Management - Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Problem Resolution - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating as necessary.

Performance Metrics - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to continuous learning.
