Are you a seasoned carpenter who’s passionate about your craft and enjoys teaching others along the way? We’re looking for a Senior Carpenter to join our growing team and help lead high-quality residential remodeling projects—from framing to finish.
What You’ll Do
Work hands‑on across a range of carpentry tasks: trim, cabinetry, framing, window & door installation, and more
Guide and mentor apprentices and junior carpenters while on‑site
Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
Interact with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
Uphold job site cleanliness, organization, and craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of carpentry experience, primarily residential
Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
Strong communication skills
Comfortable teaching while working—patient, clear, and encouraging
Solid knowledge of general trades (electrical/plumbing understanding a plus)
A true people person—great attitude, respectful of clients, communicates well
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Must be able to lead by example on job sites
