Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best vehicle options
Conduct engaging test drives while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and benefits
Guide customers through the entire sales process, including financing options and required paperwork
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
Stay up to date on current promotions, inventory, and product knowledge
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
