Continued Training of all the Ford products. Work towards setting appointments, presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments.

Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects via phone, text, email, and in person with the ability to progress customers through a transaction.
Continued Training of all the Stellantis products
Work towards setting appointments, presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments.
Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle.
Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
Attends sales meetings.
