Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – CMS & Custom eCommerce (International Market)
About the Role We are hiring a high-performing BDE/BDM with strong experience in selling CMS (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento) and custom eCommerce solutions to international markets (USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada). The role involves full sales cycle ownership—from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, freelance platforms, and industry databases.
Understand client requirements for WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento & custom eCommerce (React, Node, PHP, Laravel).
Prepare proposals, SOWs, pricing models, and present solution pitches.
Drive negotiations and close projects independently.
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Update CRM, track pipeline, and contribute to sales strategy.
Required Skills
2–8+ years in international IT sales (CMS & eCommerce development).
Strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento 2 & custom development stack.
Proven ability to close deals with global clients.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).

Education MBA/BBA preferred; graduates with strong sales experience welcome.
