Social Media & Live Commerce Growth Manager
to lead and optimize its digital presence across live-stream platforms. This is a corporate role — not a content coordinator position.
You will own strategy, creative direction, and performance across Whatnot, TikTok Live, eBay Live, and short-form channels, with direct impact on engagement and revenue.
What You’ll Own
Live stream
thumbnail execution/strategy
and creative optimization
Platform growth strategy across Whatnot and social presence across all social media accounts
Performance tracking (CTR, retention, viewer growth, conversion) and ongoing experimentation
Short-form content repurposing and distribution strategy
Brand consistency and presentation across all digital channels
This role sits at the intersection of
creative, analytics, and conversion.
Qualifications
3–7+ years in modern social media, growth marketing, and digital performance roles
Experience managing and scaling performance-driven social or live commerce channels
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement mechanics
Data-first mindset with clear examples of measurable growth
Experience in e-commerce, collectibles, sports cards, or content-driven brands strongly preferred
