
Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support ACTION's marketing initiatives through execution of campaigns and content creation. This position is ideal for college students in their 3rd or 4th year as well as recent graduates who are passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands on experience in a dynamic role. This position is scheduled as either part-time or full-time, depending on candidate's availability, through the end of August with the potential to convert to a long-term or permanent role.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Support the planning and coordination of events and promotional activities such as trade shows and customer visits.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Proficiency in the use of a variety of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Education and Experience/Skills
Experience managing professionals accounts on various social media platforms
Website design experience is a plus
Previous internship or work experience in marketing is a plus
