— $80,000–$90,000 Base + Full Benefits
Senior-level Role Includes
Oversight of multiple commercial properties
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Lease negotiations and renewals
Vendor contract management
Capital improvement coordination
Direct communication with property ownership
Team leadership and staff development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or related field)
Commercial Portfolio Experience Required (not Strictly Multifamily)
Strong financial and leasing background
Property management software proficiency
