We are seeking a
Telecommunications BIM Designer
to support telecom system design for industrial and advanced facility projects. This role focuses on developing coordinated 3D BIM models and construction drawings under the direction of telecom discipline leads.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, constructable telecom designs aligned with client and industry standards.
Pay: $30.00- $41.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Revit BIM models for telecom systems
Produce coordinated 3D models and 2D construction drawings
Interpret basic wiring/cabling layouts and system connections
Follow client modeling standards and design specifications
Estimate modeling/design hours from markups and direction
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other BIM disciplines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of Revit BIM design experience
3+ years of telecommunications systems design experience
Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam
Understanding of codes, standards, and construction specifications
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of Revit MEP experience
Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities
Experience with paging, AV, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems
Knowledge of network components and control systems
