Role Description We are seeking a Member Service Representative for a full-time, on-site position in Kerrville, TX. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for assisting members with various financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Other duties include opening and managing accounts, explaining credit union products and services, and identifying opportunities to recommend financial solutions based on member needs.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members.
Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and handling confidential information responsibly.
Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to meet member needs.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site work environment.
Previous experience in banking, credit union services, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required; higher education or additional certifications in finance or customer service are advantageous.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including familiarity with financial software and office tools.
