Job Summary: We are seeking a business-oriented Marketing professional to join our team and lead the marketing development for one of our brands. The Senior Marketing Brand Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing all aspects of brand marketing. Key responsibilities include managing the brands’ overall marketing efforts, developing marketing strategies, creating content/implementing for print and digital efforts, end-to-end email marketing programs, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM database management, website development/updates, project management, and reporting to the company’s marketing team and other key stakeholders.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase overall brand awareness.
Develop and refine the company’s brand strategy, messaging architecture, and value proposition.
Conduct competitive, industry, and market research to inform positioning and differentiation.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Identify new market opportunities and target audience segments.
Conduct key market research including competitor analysis to help develop brand strategy.
Build comprehensive annual and multi-year marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Forecast marketing impact on revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with overall business objectives.
Contribute to corporate business plans with data-driven market insights.
Support business development initiatives through go-to-market strategies.
Develop launch strategies for new products, services, or market expansions.
Identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital, traditional, and integrated channels.
Develop and manage email marketing programs, including list management best practices and segmentation.
Responsible for strategizing and executing SEM/SEO campaign builds, optimizations and task management.
Implement and improve marketing workflows, processes, and reporting systems.
Ensure marketing technology stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) supports strategic objectives.
Assist with the placement of print and digital collateral - including news and feature articles, executive communications, campaigns, events, social media, video scripts, and PR.
Develop and implement optimized web content across multiple brand properties.
Responsible for developing social media presence and direct programs to improve brand reputation and recognition.
Research, source, and collaborate with outside vendors as directed by management.
Responsible to maintain an ongoing list of projects and deadlines in a timely manner.
General marketing tasks and duties assigned at the discretion of management.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a marketing or brand specialist in a corporate environment.
Experience with market research, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and presenting to senior leadership.
Strong business acumen and general understanding of business operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to attention and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledgeable in common marketing skills and best practices, including but not limited to segmentation, positioning, strategy, SEM/SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, CRM, etc.
Driven, dynamic, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
Must have strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
Experience with content and creative writing preferred.
