As a Business Relationship Manager, the candidate will
Responsibilities
Manage and build trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP
Act in ownership mode for people, delivery and service line relationships
Have a general sense of urgency in communication and delivery matters with the customer and the organization
Manage portfolio management – accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, and driving training plans of the team aligned to customer needs
Manage T&M engagements
Travel to customer sites as needed
Qualifications
Engineering graduates / MBA
Life Science domain experience
Experience in portfolio management – accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, and driving training plans of the team aligned to customer needs
Experience in managing T&M engagements
Proven leadership and people skills
Experience managing and building trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP
Salary Range: 126,700–171,400 a year
