Job Description
Manage and build trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP Act in ownership mode for people, delivery, and service line relationships Work closely with data platforms, analytics tools, and AI/GenAI engagements Maintain a sense of urgency in communication & delivery matters with customers and inculcate a similar culture within the organization Work with portfolio management: accurate revenue projections, margin strategy, offshore leverage, improvement plans, and training plans aligned to customer needs Qualifications
Engineering graduate or MBA Life Science domain experience Experience managing T&M engagements Proven leadership and people skills Experience working closely with data platforms, analytics tools, and AI/GenAI engagements Familiarity with data lifecycle management, data lake, data warehouse, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) Experience in portfolio management including accurate revenue projections and strategy Salary Range: 126,700–171,400 a year
