Now Hiring: Social Media Intern Organization: New York Bisons Basketball Club

Duration: March 23, 2026 – August 1, 2026

Hours: 6–10 Hours Per Week (may increase during tournaments)

Compensation: Unpaid (College Credit Eligible)

Are you passionate about sports, storytelling, and digital content?

The New York Bisons Basketball Club is looking for a driven and creative Social Media Intern to help elevate our brand and showcase the energy of our program.

At NY Bisons, we are committed to empowering youth through competitive basketball while fostering personal growth, discipline, and excellence on and off the court.

Location: Interns must be able to commute to Bergen County, NJ for practices and staff meetings. Select events may require travel for away tournaments.

Time Commitment: Part‑time with a flexible schedule based on practice coverage and tournament weekends.

College Credit: This internship qualifies for college credit. Students are responsible for securing approval from their college or university and submitting required documentation.

Staff Gear: Interns will receive official New York Bisons staff apparel to wear during games and events.

Position Overview The Social Media Intern will support content creation, digital engagement, and brand growth across platforms including Instagram, X, and TikTok. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience in sports marketing and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule engaging content across social platforms

Design graphics and short‑form videos

Capture live content at practices, games, and tournaments

Monitor engagement metrics and assist with performance tracking

Research trends and contribute creative content ideas

What You’ll Gain
