577815### Job TitleMarketing Insights and Analytics Manager (Cambridge, MA)### Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for unlocking the power of data driven and customer first decision making integral in shaping marketing strategy across the Image Guided Therapy Devices business (IGTD).**Your role:*** Leads the development, creation, and execution of marketing insights and analytics for IGT-Systems, informing marketing and commercial strategies by providing holistic market, competitive, and portfolio insights.* Translates insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen sales enablement, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy.* Creates high-quality customer insights (users, decision makers, influencers), anticipating market needs and supporting the development of winning value propositions and campaigns for products and solutions.* Leads win/loss analysis for Azurion and Zenition systems and related software, synthesizing deal-level insights on competitive outcomes, pricing dynamics, configuration mix, and software attach rates to inform strategy and Regional Business Reviews (RBRs).* Develops comprehensive analyses and reports on key intelligence topics relating to medical technologies, including competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities impacting the IGT-Systems portfolio today and in the future.* Acts as a strategic analytics partner across Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, and BU teams, delivering insights that strengthen decision-making and commercial execution.**You're the right fit if:*** You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.* You’ve acquired 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, commercial analytics or related analytical experience within a medical device capacity.* Your skills include win/loss analysis, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting, proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and experience working with SFDC data, ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level insights and strong communication skills and ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .* You’re a cross functional connector, strong analytical data owner with a track record as a strategic thought leader, contributing to the profitable top-line growth.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
