Its dedicated investment team makes 40 to 50 investments every year with a mix of (i) primary commitments, (ii) secondary transactions (lead or co-invests) and (iii) direct co-investments in companies. The Private Market platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary. Your role Participating in due-diligence processes for new private equity investments (primary, secondary and co-invests); Defending investment recommendations to the Investment Committee; Ensuring monitoring and reporting of the existing investments in portfolio; Participating to investment execution and structuring alongside internal and external counsels; Managing deal-flow and digital monitoring tools related to investments; The Private Equity Analyst will report to a senior professional of the investment team and work in collaboration with a dedicated team of investment managers and analysts mostly based in Geneva. GENEVE Renowned Business School or University with Master/MBA in Finance 0 - 2 ans You own a preliminary experience investing in private equity industry either direct or indirect with proven experience in the private equity landscape ; Having an experience of direct co-investments and/or secondary transaction is an asset ; You have proven capabilities of team-working, multi-tasking, organization skills, proactivity, flexibility and resistance to pressure ; You also have abilities to challenge opinions and summarize your views and conclusions ; Langues
