Sales associate

Responsibilities:     Greet customers as they come in and validate their ID    Check customers into our point of sale system    Tend to customers while they wait in the lobby, answering any questions they may have    Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to appropriate dispensary staff members or answer their general questions    Make sure lobby stays clean and orderly    Assist with other dispensary tasks, such as audits, as needed    Assist customers with non-cannabis purchases Qualifications & Requirements:     Knowledgeable of cannabis basicsproducts, strains, consumption methods    1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in cannabis industry    Friendly, personable, and service-oriented    Minimum age requirement is 21    Must possess valid drivers license or state ID    Must pass any and all required background checks
