Role Summary The BSA will lead requirements for transforming Commercial Banking Client Servicing into a digitally enabled experience. The role bridges Operations, Fraud, Technology, and Client Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities Elicit and document business & system requirements for:
Biometric authentication
Voice servicing & secure communications
WalkMe-based client training and in-app guidance
Define end-to-end servicing journeys and pain-point remediation
Partner with Fraud & Risk teams to integrate defenses without degrading UX
Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
Support UAT, pilot rollouts, and adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
8–12 years as a Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking
Deep experience in Client Servicing, Contact Centers, or Digital Channels
Strong understanding of Fraud Controls & Authentication
Experience with digital adoption / client enablement tools
Excellent stakeholder and documentation skills

Role Summary The BSA will lead for modernizing document processing across Commercial Banking operations, enabling scalable ingestion, extraction, and automated document generation.
Key Responsibilities
Define requirements for:
Document ID & classification
OCR and data extraction
High-volume ingestion pipelines
Templated document generation via CLM
Partner with Legal, Ops, and Compliance teams Standardize document structures and workflows Support testing, validation, and rollout
Required Qualifications
8–12 years as a BSA supporting Document Management or CLM Programs
Experience in Commercial Banking documentation (contracts, notices, statements)
Strong understanding of OCR, extraction, and document automation
Ability to standardize and scale document processes enterprise-wide

This role partners closely with Underwriters, Portfolio Managers, Credit Risk, and Technology teams to translate complex credit and underwriting requirements into clear JIRA epics, user stories, and functional specifications.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial lending domain expertise, hands‑on credit risk experience, and proven ability to drive agile delivery across credit and loan platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Underwriters, Portfolio Managers, Credit Officers, and Risk teams to gather and refine business requirements
Analyze end-to-end credit and underwriting workflows, data needs, and risk decisioning
