Role 1 Title: Business System Analyst Location – Iselin NJ/Providence RI

Role Summary The BSA will lead requirements for transforming Commercial Banking Client Servicing into a digitally enabled experience. The role bridges Operations, Fraud, Technology, and Client Experience teams.

Key Responsibilities Elicit and document business & system requirements for:

Biometric authentication

Voice servicing & secure communications

WalkMe-based client training and in-app guidance

Define end-to-end servicing journeys and pain-point remediation

Partner with Fraud & Risk teams to integrate defenses without degrading UX

Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories

Support UAT, pilot rollouts, and adoption metrics

Required Qualifications

8–12 years as a Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking

Deep experience in Client Servicing, Contact Centers, or Digital Channels

Strong understanding of Fraud Controls & Authentication

Experience with digital adoption / client enablement tools

Excellent stakeholder and documentation skills

Role 2 Title: Business System Analyst Location – Iselin NJ/Providence RI

Role Summary The BSA will lead for modernizing document processing across Commercial Banking operations, enabling scalable ingestion, extraction, and automated document generation.

Key Responsibilities

Define requirements for:

Document ID & classification

OCR and data extraction

High-volume ingestion pipelines

Templated document generation via CLM

Partner with Legal, Ops, and Compliance teams Standardize document structures and workflows Support testing, validation, and rollout

Required Qualifications

8–12 years as a BSA supporting Document Management or CLM Programs

Experience in Commercial Banking documentation (contracts, notices, statements)

Strong understanding of OCR, extraction, and document automation

Ability to standardize and scale document processes enterprise-wide

Role 3 Title: Business System Analyst Location – Iselin NJ/Providence RI

Role Summary This BSA will design and enable AI-orchestrated workflows, integrating automation, AI agents, and human decision points to reduce cycle times and enable workforce upskilling.

Key Responsibilities Document end-to-end workflows across ops teams Identify manual, swivel-chair activities for automation

Define functional requirements for:

AI agents

Digital workers

Human-in-loop orchestration

Partner with Ops leaders on workforce transformation Support rollout of digital workforce models

Required Qualifications

8–12 years as a BSA in Operations Transformation

Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and automation

Exposure to AI agents or intelligent automation

Experience working directly with Ops teams and change programs

Commercial Banking domain knowledge required

Role 4 Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst — Credit Risk & Loan Originations Location – Iselin NJ/Providence RI

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Credit Risk Management and Loan Origination transformation initiatives within Commercial Banking. This role partners closely with Underwriters, Portfolio Managers, Credit Risk, and Technology teams to translate complex credit and underwriting requirements into clear JIRA epics, user stories, and functional specifications.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial lending domain expertise, hands‑on credit risk experience, and proven ability to drive agile delivery across credit and loan platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Underwriters, Portfolio Managers, Credit Officers, and Risk teams to gather and refine business requirements

Analyze end-to-end credit and underwriting workflows, data needs, and risk decisioning

Translate requirements into JIRA epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Support initiatives across Bilateral Loans, Asset‑Based Lending (ABL), and Participation Loans

Ensure alignment with credit policy, compliance, auditability, and control requirements

Analyze credit and portfolio data to support risk reporting, dashboards, and monitoring

Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams through backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills

8–12 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking

Strong hands‑on experience in Credit Risk Management and Loan Originations

Deep understanding of:

Underwriting lifecycle

Credit approvals, risk ratings, covenants, limits, and exposures

Asset‑Based Lending (ABL)

Proven experience working directly with Underwriters, Portfolio Managers, and Credit Risk Officers

Strong experience with the following systems/tools:

Moody’s Credit Lens

AFS

LoanIQ

InfoLease

Extensive experience writing JIRA epics, features, and user stories

Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

Familiarity with credit risk models and portfolio monitoring tools

Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or compliance‑driven initiative

Consulting or large‑scale banking transformation program experience

Role 5 Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst — Loan Closing, Booking & Servicing Location – Iselin NJ/Providence RI

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Loan Closing, Booking, and Servicing transformation initiatives within Commercial Banking Loan Operations. This role works closely with Loan Operations, Closing, Servicing, Documentation, Credit, and Technology teams to translate complex operational workflows into clear JIRA epics, user stories, and functional requirements that enable accurate, compliant, and scalable loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Loan Operations, Closing, Booking, and Servicing teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Analyze current‑state loan operations workflows and identify gaps and inefficiencies

Translate requirements into JIRA epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to operational controls and SLAs

Support loan closing, deal setup, booking, funding, disbursements, and post‑close activities

Document documentation dependencies, approvals, data capture, and validation requirements

Support end‑to‑end loan servicing including payments, interest accruals, fees, amendments, renewals, and paydowns

Act as a liaison between Operations, Credit Risk, Documentation, and Technology teams

Support agile delivery through backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and operational readiness

Required Qualifications & Skills

8–12 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking Loan Operations

Strong understanding of the end-to-end loan operations lifecycle (closing, booking, funding, servicing, amendments)

Hands‑on experience with:

AFS

LoanIQ

InfoLease

Asset‑Based Lending (ABL)

Proven experience working directly with Loan Operations, Closing, and Servicing SMEs

Strong experience translating operational workflows into JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria

Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial loan platforms or core banking systems

Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements in loan operations

Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or modernization programs
