What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Receive inbound calls and respond to chats from prospects
Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads
Sell memberships and related products through phone and chat channels
Understand and fulfill prospect needs with appropriate solutions
Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Established success in sales and customer service
Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated results in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
Ability to foster relationships and exceed targets
