Receive and respond to inbound calls and chats from prospects
Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships
Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering tailored solutions
Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and process orders efficiently
Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Established success in sales and customer service with strong relationship-building skills
Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
Proven competence in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Familiarity with Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
Experience in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
