Responsibilities
Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals
Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement
Build and foster strong customer relationships and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met and keep their business
Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance and financial protection needs
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve business goals
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales agents
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reports to senior management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and community engagements
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred, not required)
Sales experience is a plus, but
not required

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Interest in leadership, management, and long-term career growth
Licensed or willing to become licensed in life & health insurance
Compensation $110,000 - $130,000 yearly+ (or $110,000-$130,000 per year)
