About The Role The Therapy Development Specialist (TDS) is a clinically focused ambassador for TCAR (Transcarotid Artery Revascularization), a proven hybrid procedure to treat carotid artery disease. As part of the commercial field team, this role executes therapy adoption initiatives to drive safe implementation, superior clinical outcomes and revenue growth for the ENROUTE Transcarotid Neuroprotection System, ENROUTE Transcarotid Stent System and related products.
The TDS serves as a trusted clinical partner to physicians and health care professionals, demonstrating strong case acumen and relationship management skills. This individual acts as a clinical role model across the TDS team while supporting territory growth and customer excellence.
Work Model, Sponsorship, Relocation This is a remote, field-based role that requires regular travel within the assigned territory to support customer engagement and procedural coverage. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Provide technical and clinical support during ENROUTE Transcarotid Neuroprotection System and ENROUTE Transcarotid Stent System procedures to ensure safe adoption and optimal patient outcomes.
Educate procedural teams on appropriate patient selection and clinical indications for TCAR.
Support case scheduling and deliver responsive customer service, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure effective territory coverage and time management to maximize account support and clinical presence.
Participate in physician training programs, product development initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge of TCAR and related technologies.
Manage inventory, submit accurate expense reports and report device complaints in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Maintain consistent communication with Boston Scientific sales and leadership teams, providing market intelligence and identifying growth opportunities.
