Experience level: Mid-Senior (or equivalent)

Compensation: $90,000 — $120,000 base salary (DOE) benefits (benefits package being finalized)

About the role We’re hiring a hands‑on Marketing Manager to run our marketing execution and marketing operations. You’ll promote active listings, elevate firm visibility, and maintain a consistent brand across channels. This role partners closely with brokers and leadership to deliver campaigns and deal materials—often on tight timelines—while building repeatable processes, improving audience targeting, and reporting performance with clear KPIs.

What you’ll do (core responsibilities)

Email marketing & campaign ops (Mailchimp): build campaigns end-to-end (review/edit copy, layout/design, QA, scheduling, reporting, basic testing).

Audience segmentation & list hygiene: implement segmentation, improve deliverability/list health, and maintain clean audiences over time.

Listing marketing & distribution: manage the listing lifecycle and coordinate go‑live timing with outbound marketing.

Deal & firm collateral: coordinate and quality‑control offering memorandums / investment decks; maintain templates and a concise company pitch deck.

PR, LinkedIn, and website updates: draft/edit press releases and translate into LinkedIn‑ready posts with supporting graphics; post updates to the website and coordinate with web partners as needed.

Reporting & continuous improvement: track key metrics and recommend improvements based on performance data.

Must-haves

5 years of relevant marketing experience

Hospitality and/or real estate marketing background (multifamily, brokerage, development, property management, hotels/hospitality)

Hands‑on design/document production skill (portfolio required)

Strong writing and editing skills (press releases client‑facing copy)

Tech‑savvy and comfortable with tools like Mailchimp/Constant Contact, WordPress, and LinkedIn

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and a clear communicator who can manage deadlines

Attention to detail in data/list management

Preferred / nice‑to‑haves

Des Moines metro‑based and able to work in‑person/hybrid

Journalism/copywriting background

Adobe InDesign experience (preferred) — we’re building templates in InDesign, but it’s not required

Experience with listing platforms (Buildout, Crexi, LoopNet) and basic CRM / automation tools

Familiarity with email deliverability fundamentals and performance reporting
