
Marketing Specialist

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Houston, TX area. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives that drive demand, strengthen brand awareness, and enable sales growth. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to manage campaigns, create compelling content, and optimize performance across digital channels. Industrial sector experience is highly preferred. This is a fully onsite role at our client’s office in the Houston area.
Responsibilities
Own marketing project timelines, scopes, and deliverables; coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-brand execution. Plan, build, and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, social, web, events support as applicable); manage campaign calendars and track performance against goals. Develop and/or coordinate creation of marketing assets including web copy, landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, presentations, product/solution collateral, and basic video/script outlines. Manage day-to-day social content planning, publishing, and community engagement; recommend improvements based on performance insights. Create and maintain sales enablement materials; support product/solution launches and help translate technical value propositions into clear customer-facing messaging. Monitor KPIs (lead volume/quality, engagement, conversion) and provide regular updates with actionable recommendations. Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and leadership to align marketing activities with revenue priorities and customer needs. Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and messaging guidelines. Qualifications
4+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in B2B marketing. Industrial sector marketing experience (highly preferred), such as manufacturing, energy, industrial services, construction, distribution, or related B2B environments. Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and marketing projects (briefing, execution, launch, measurement). Strong content development skills, including writing/editing and translating complex concepts into clear customer value. Hands-on experience managing organic social media for a business brand. Ability to create and maintain sales support / enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, product sheets, etc.). Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and stakeholder management).
