You will own a defined territory, build strong partnerships with local businesses, and collaborate closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality talent. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, site visits, and presentations to decision-makers Develop customized staffing solutions based on client needs and market trends Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to meet revenue goals Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients at all levels Conduct regular onsite visits to ensure satisfaction, performance, and retention Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally Operational Partnership Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders Communicate client expectations, job requirements, and workforce needs clearly Participate in strategy meetings to align recruiting efforts with client demand Support onboarding, orientations, and workforce ramp-ups as needed Market & Territory Growth Maintain a strong understanding of local labor market conditions Identify high-potential industries and emerging opportunities Represent Abacus Corporation at networking events, job fairs, and community functions Qualifications
3+ years of sales, account management, or staffing industry experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales activity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits What We Offer
