
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATE

Under the general supervision of the Administrative Manager, with some latitude for independent judgment and decision‑making action, the Community Associate will assist with maintaining and providing reports for the department, driving meetings, taking minutes, and will serve as the department liaison with the Information Technology department.
Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Providing reports utilizing NYCHA applications such as Maximo, OBIEE & Data Warehouse.
Scheduling, organizing, driving, and documenting (taking meeting minutes) for all department meetings.
Serve as the department liaison with NYCHA’s IT department, which includes submitting intakes and attending meetings regarding Maximo and other application enhancements.
Assist with Department’s Weekend Schedule when needed.
Additional Information

High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
