Long Term Temporary, Possible Temp to Hire, Labor & Employee Relations Representative opportunity available in New York City. The Employee Labor Relations Representative will support a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings between union representatives, employees and management to facilitate resolution process. Provide confidential administrative support to the Employee & Labor Relations (ER/LR) department in all program activities. Coordinate facilitation of ER/LR workshops included but not limited to identifying & reserving space, preparing materials, confirming attendees, and set-up. Review disciplinary actions for Attendance & Lateness. Meet with employees and complete intakes of their complaint or concerns. Prepare written materials including employee statements, memos, reports, and correspondence; review material for accuracy and completeness; analyze data and conduct Internet research as needed. Assist with the disciplinary and separation process for the whole organization, ensuring completions of required documents and managing the equipment retrieval process. Attend Labor Relations meetings, take minutes, and write summaries as needed. Manage the probationary evaluation process and forward escalations to ER/LR leadership as appropriate; data enter & track annual performance evaluations. Support in the gathering of documentation for grievance proceedings, arbitration, and hearings. Maintain accurate files and records, including confidential material. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years Human Resources administrative experience required; prior experience in a union setting preferred. Excellent customer service experience required. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge. Advanced oral, listening, administrative and written communication skills required Knowledge of ADP required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with union officials, employees, and management. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast paced, confidential environment with competing priorities. Strong administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills
