Senior Manager, Labor Relations & Compliance RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Multi Site Support Serve as the primary LR/ER leader for multiple sites, ensuring consistent, compliant, and scalable practices.
Deploy LR/ER frameworks, tools, and processes across all facilities.
Labor Relations & Contract Administration Lead and participate in collective bargaining with multiple local unions.
Manage the grievance process, including investigations, hearings, mediation, and arbitration preparation.
Oversee discipline and attendance processes to ensure consistent application of CBAs and policies.
Maintain strong relationships with union representatives and provide expert guidance on contract interpretation and employee relations matters.
Serve as the Lead HR professional for SMETA audits, including scheduling, preparation, on site facilitation, and post audit corrective actions.
Direct I 9 compliance, including training, audits, documentation improvements, EAD tracking, and ensuring 100% accuracy and completion.
Partner with Legal on ULPs, arbitrations, government inquiries, and complex compliance matters.
Conduct internal audits and support corrective action plans across sites.
Talent, Training & Capability Building Develop and deliver training for leaders on positive employee relations, LR/ER, investigations, corrective action, contract administration, compliance, SMETA readiness, and I 9 processes.
Partner with HR on performance management, coaching, and succession activities across sites.
Other Responsibilities Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
7 + years of progressive HR experience in multi site manufacturing with strong Labor Relations focus.
Experience in collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration processes, and fostering positive union relationships.
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, regulatory requirements, SMETA or similar audit environments, investigations, and I 9 compliance.
Demonstrated success influencing leaders, resolving complex issues, and driving scalable HR/LR solutions.
Excellent communication, relationship building, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel up to 50 %.
The pay range for this full‑time, salaried position is $141,436–$212,154 per year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
