LHH is seeking a Sales Analyst for a celebrated consumer products company located in West Midtown, Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive sales performance and support long‑term channel strategy. The Sales Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for sales data and insights, partnering closely with sales leadership to support retailer initiatives and the execution of national business plan

Key Responsibilities

Conduct complex sales analyses using multiple reports and data sources to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for account leadership and sales teams.

Deliver ad hoc reporting and insights within tight timelines.

Support monthly reporting processes.

Develop and deliver compelling, data‑driven presentations to support the national sales team.

Maintain consistent communication with sales stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and email updates.

Build strong internal and customer relationships, serving as a trusted, go‑to resource for sales data and insights.

Stay current on industry trends, technical developments, and business factors.

Provide timely, accurate support to cross‑functional partners with a strong customer‑service mindset.

Lead and support key initiatives.

Take ownership of projects that drive channel growth, operational efficiency, and performance improvement.

Manage or support ad hoc initiatives such as territory expansion efforts and business cases for incremental resources.

Develop, refine, and maintain best‑practice reporting processes with weekly and monthly updates.

Create reporting templates and executive‑level summaries to track core initiatives and performance metrics.

Experience & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to interpret sales data and deliver actionable insights.

Excellent customer‑service orientation with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, from field teams to executive leadership.

Demonstrated ability to translate technical and complex data into clear, persuasive messaging.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving business environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
