Field Sales Representative – Idaho Territory

This is an opportunity to represent a premium product line while building long-term partnerships with dealers and builders across the territory. The Opportunity
As the Field Sales Representative for Idaho, you will serve as the face of the company—driving territory growth, strengthening dealer relationships, and supporting builders with high-quality interior and exterior doors, millwork, and stair systems. This is a consultative, relationship-focused role where technical knowledge and responsiveness matter. What You’ll Be Doing
Territory Growth & Customer Engagement
Conduct regular sales calls with dealers, builders, and end users Promote product solutions and value-added services Identify growth opportunities and drive market share expansion Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business Product & Technical Support
Educate customers on product specifications and installation best practices Assist with electronic quoting and ordering systems Perform take-offs from commercial blueprints and door schedules Address field concerns and support dealer sales efforts Internal Collaboration
Provide market feedback to leadership Stay current on competitive products and industry trends Contribute to continuous process improvement What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials or related field Strong knowledge of construction practices Ability to read blueprints and commercial door schedules Comfortable with technology and quoting platforms Self-motivated with strong time-management skills Willingness to travel regularly within Idaho Why This Role?
