Quaker Windows and Doors is looking for a driven Luxury Residential Sales Representative to lead our presence across the state of Colorado. This is a high‑visibility, relationship‑focused role selling premium window and door solutions to luxury builders, architects, and dealers that service the Residential Luxury Fenestration space

What You’ll Do
Own and grow a luxury residential territory across CO.
Develop new business with high‑end architects, builders, dealers, and industry partners
Strengthen and expand relationships with existing luxury accounts
Act as a trusted advisor with deep product and technical expertise
Conduct strategic, in‑person customer visits and jobsite support
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience
Train customers on Quaker products, systems, and innovations
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of luxury window and doors sales experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills
Comfort working with architects, builders, and high‑end dealers
Ability to read architectural drawings and navigate jobsite environments
Self‑motivated, organized, influencing, and results‑driven
Willingness to travel daily within the territory
