Our Client is a fast-growing, high-performance hair care brand built on heritage, ritual, and clean botanical innovation. They are looking for a Marketing Manager who blends analytical precision with creative intuition, someone who understands the beauty consumer, knows how to scale DTC brands, and thrives in performance-driven, fast paced environments.

The Marketing Manager will own digital growth across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role is ideal for someone experienced in the beauty space, preferably hair care, who can both strategize and execute, and who is fluent across all major advertising and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate is data-minded, performance obsessed, and creative enough to bring the brand voice to life.

Key Responsibilities: Performance and Growth Marketing

Work in tandem with external paid media agency to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and emerging platforms.

Own and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, using data to drive decisions and improve efficiency in CAC, ROAS, global MER, and retention.

Manage budgets, forecasts, pacing, and allocation across channels for maximum return.

Oversee A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, email flows, SMS, and creative variations.

Digital Strategy and Execution

Collaborate with wider marketing team to build and manage full funnel strategies across web, social, email, SMS, and affiliate that include awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Partner with the creative team to brief and evaluate performance-driven content, ensuring all assets align with brand tone and convert well.

Brand and Content Support

Collaborate closely with the founders and VP of Marketing on brand storytelling, positioning, and campaign development.

Support product launches, promo calendars, cross‑channel campaigns, and always‑on digital initiatives.

Provide insights about market trends, competitive environment, and consumer behavior in beauty.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in beauty, personal care, or other CPG verticals.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, ShopMy, Impact and attribution tools.

Demonstrated ability to scale and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

Experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations based on insights.

Creative sensibility and deep understanding of what makes beauty content convert.

Strong project management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for beauty, hair wellness, and clean formulation philosophy is a plus!
