Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Benefits Coordinator, located in Warrendale, PA. The Public Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for assisting clients with understanding and navigating public benefits programs, including Medicaid Long Term Care benefits.

Qualifications

Experience with Medicaid Long Term Care programs

Knowledge of long term care options, including nursing homes, personal care homes, and in-home care options.

Experience working in a nursing home environment

Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent client service

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
