to support our legal team and clients through the Medicaid application and eligibility process. This role focuses specifically on
Medicaid Long-Term Care (LTC)
and
home and community-based services (HCBS) , helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of the Medicaid system.
This is a client-facing role requiring compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple Medicaid applications at various stages. Occasional evening work and local travel to nursing facilities and agencies are required.
