Responsibilities include assisting with policy renewals, providing consultative support on commercial lines coverage, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. Qualifications
Experience with Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance
Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service
Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively both in-office and remotely
Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are required
Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and industry standards
