Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager, based in the Midland-Odessa Area, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will handle day-to-day account management tasks, including maintaining client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and managing commercial insurance policies. Responsibilities include assisting with policy renewals, providing consultative support on commercial lines coverage, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves collaborating with team members and staying updated on industry trends to best meet client needs.
Qualifications
Experience with Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance
Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service
Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively both in-office and remotely
Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are required
Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and industry standards
