Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Raleigh, NC. The position involves assisting clients with buying or selling properties by providing exceptional customer service, expertise in the real estate market, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include marketing properties, preparing sales agreements, conducting property showings, performing market analysis, and building a client base through networking and outreach. As a hybrid role, some work‑from‑home flexibility will complement on‑site responsibilities, residence showings, and in‑person client meetings.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License, and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market
Strong experience in Real Estate with a proven track record in Sales
Excellent Customer Service and ability to build and maintain relationships
Understanding of Real Property laws and procedures
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to manage a varied workload
Proficiency in relevant digital tools, CRM systems, and market analysis tools is a plus
Familiarity with the Raleigh, NC area and real estate market is highly desirable
