Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kure Beach, NC, for a Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks involve conducting property showings, preparing listings, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on local market trends. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a critical part of the role. Agents will also coordinate with potential buyers, sellers, and industry professionals to provide exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and a comprehensive understanding of Real Estate principles
Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in Sales and Real Property evaluations
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Kure Beach, NC, and surrounding areas is an asset
Proficiency with modern real estate tools and platforms is a plus
