Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Mooresville, NC, with some flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, conducting market research to provide insights into property values and trends, preparing and presenting offers, hosting open houses, and building strong client relationships. The role requires a focus on customer service, sales, and knowledge of local real estate markets to meet clients' needs.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License for the state of North Carolina.
Proficient knowledge of real estate and real property concepts and practices.
Strong background in customer service and client relationship management.
Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
Familiarity with the Lake Norman area markets is a plus.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
