Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Sugar Land, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while offering expert advice on market trends and real estate opportunities.
Responsibilities include building client relationships, negotiating deals, coordinating property showings, and preparing necessary documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer‑first attitudes, and the ability to work in both independent and team environments.
Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property transactions Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build client relationships Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with the Sugar Land, TX market is an advantage Proficiency in real estate tools and software is a plus
