Outside Sales Representative – Construction Technology Solutions Washington, DC Metro Area Full-Time | Base: $50K | OTE: $100+ | Uncapped Commission

Are you a hunter who thrives on closing deals and crushing sales goals? RPG Squarefoot Solutions is hiring a

high-performing Outside Sales Representative

to drive revenue growth in the DC market . We’re looking for a self-starter with

B2B sales experience

and a

proven track record

of winning new business—especially in construction tech, equipment, or industrial solutions.

If you live for the thrill of the chase, can sell value with confidence, and love helping clients find the right tools to do their best work—this is your next big move.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and prospect new leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and social media

Deliver tailored presentations that clearly communicate ROI and client-specific value

Track and manage deals through every stage using our CRM system

Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility owners

Consistently

hit and exceed your sales targets —no cap on your commission potential

Provide post-sale training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Stay current on industry trends, tech updates, and competitive offerings

Represent RPG at customer sites, industry events, and demos throughout the territory

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of proven success in

B2B outside sales

Strong background in

construction, equipment, or technology sales

a plus

A true

hunter mentality —you’re proactive, persistent, and results-focused

Polished communication and negotiation skills

Experience managing a pipeline through CRM tools

Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability

Willingness to travel within territory for in-person meetings and demos

Tech-savvy and comfortable with presenting digital tools and solutions
