What You’ll Do:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals to drive new business.
Learn to conduct lawn evaluations and identify basic lawn care issues with hands-on training.
Present product and service offerings clearly and compellingly to customers.
Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive, competitive environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and explain solutions clearly.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset, customer-focused approach, and team-oriented attitude.
Passion for outdoor work, lawn care, or customer service is a plus.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record for client visits and site assessments.
