LASER COMPONENTS Nordic is looking for a driven and commercially minded

Sales Account Manager

to help strengthen our market position within photonics across the Nordic region. In this role, you will focus on developing new business, building long‑term customer relationships, and delivering advanced technical solutions in photonics and optics.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and decision‑makers, combining local market responsibility with international interaction across our global organization.

Drive and grow sales activities across the Nordic region, ensuring strong market presence for our products and services

Identify, engage, and develop new customers and market segments, with a proactive and opportunity‑focused approach

Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers and partners

Represent LASER COMPONENTS at industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings

Provide valuable customer and market insights to support product management, development teams, and strategic decision‑making within our global organization

Highly self‑motivated and proactive, with a structured approach to identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities

Proven competence in photonics, optics, electronics, or high‑tech components

Experience with complex, long‑cycle B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and high‑value deals is an advantage for the role

Comfortable with and motivated by a travel‑intensive work schedule

Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively in discussions about technical products and specifications with engineers or R&D teams, as well as commercial terms and contracts with senior procurement managers and executive management
