We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate
Key Account Lead
to oversee and drive strategic growth for our
Telecom & Tablets
business across
Miami and the Caribbean . This role will directly lead the local Key Account Management team, strengthen relationships with top regional partners, and play a key role in expanding our commercial footprint.

Role Objective To lead the commercial strategy and performance of the Telecom & Tablets category across the Caribbean and Miami by managing key customer relationships, driving sales excellence, developing the KAM team, and ensuring flawless execution of regional commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the Key Account Management team based in Miami.
Manage strategic relationships with key customers across the Caribbean & Miami (retailers, distributors, carriers, wholesalers).
Own the commercial strategy for the Telecom & Tablets category to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Drive annual business plans, negotiations, pricing strategies, and sell-in/sell-out execution.
Ensure proper forecasting, inventory visibility, and portfolio performance tracking.
Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing to deliver high-performance execution.
Monitor market dynamics, competition, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
Present business performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to regional leadership.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience
in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within telecom, mobility, or consumer electronics.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing commercial teams.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and BI platforms.
Fluent in
English and Spanish .
Ability to travel regionally as needed.
Must be able to work
100% on-site at our Doral office .
