Oversee daily operations of
Emerald Creek Apartments Ensure high occupancy through leasing and resident retention Manage rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting Coordinate property marketing and outreach efforts What We're Looking For
3 + years of Property management or multifamily housing experience Ability to pass a soft credit review Customer-service mindset Ability to manage budgets, leasing efforts, and team operations If you’re looking for a company that truly values its people and a chance to live and work in one of Michigan’s most scenic communities, we’d love to meet you.
