You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening, identifying solutions, prospecting, lead generation, overcoming objections, communicating, and providing service. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: Execute a lead generation lever weekly Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments Participate in weekly script practice and team standards Engage in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, Hangout, and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services Consult with buyers, convert with signed agreements, and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Qualifications
Skills You Have: Team player Licensed real estate professional Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning‑based, growth‑mindset Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time‑management skills About Our Team
