Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in New Haven, CT, with flexibility for some remote work. The agent will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial properties, negotiating transactions, identifying business opportunities, and supporting client needs. Responsibilities include market research, property tours, networking, and providing expert advice on real estate opportunities aligned with clients' goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate markets

Active Real Estate License and familiarity with Brokerage regulations and processes

Strong Sales experience, with proven ability to negotiate and close deals

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with strong organizational skills

Knowledge of the Connecticut real estate market is a plus
