Responsibilities
Contact clients to schedule and confirm grooming appointments
Answer incoming calls and respond to service inquiries
Update and maintain accurate appointment records
Coordinate scheduling with groomers and bath attendants
Send appointment reminders and follow-ups
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
